What is a transcript?
A transcript is an official record of a student's entire tenure at East Stroudsburg University.
It reflects all coursework and grades per term for each school or college attended within the university.
Other information on the transcript includes:
- Name as it appears in the East Stroudsburg University records
- School and departmental affiliation
- Degree/certificate program (if applicable)
- Degree/certificate conferral date (if applicable)
- Honors earned (if applicable)
- G.P.A.
Ordering a Transcript
Transcripts WILL NOT be issued to students who have an outstanding financial obligation or "hold" at the university.
Transcripts are free of cost (limit of 5 requests per day). Please note that each career (undergraduate and/or graduate) at ESU is a separate transcript and will have to be requested separately if ordering online.
Transcript requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
You may not obtain a transcript for a third party, without a written release form signed by the student.
