By registering for or attending an East Stroudsburg University Foundation alumni event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and personal property while attending an event.
• The East Stroudsburg University Foundation reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, times, locations, and activities, when necessary.
• Official event information, policies, and promotions are communicated by the Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving Office. Offers, promotions, or event details shared through unofficial channels are not guaranteed and may not be honored.
• Participation in Foundation-sponsored events is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. The East Stroudsburg University Foundation, its sponsors, volunteers, hosts, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from participation in or attendance at an event, except as required by law.
