SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

To ensure the safety of all alumni, friends and guests who visit campus during Homecoming Weekend 2021, East Stroudsburg University is following CDC, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and State System guidelines.

  • Vaccinated individuals are currently not required to wear masks in outdoor settings.
  • Unvaccinated individuals are asked to wear masks outdoors when in the company of others.
  • Masks are required indoors in all campus buildings, and at all indoor athletic contests and events.
  • We will continue to monitor the guidelines and any changes will be announced on our website.

Alumni Homecoming Kick-off
11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Henry A. Ahnert, Jr. Alumni Center

Alumni are encouraged to stop by the Henry A. Ahnert, Jr. Alumni Center to reconnect with classmates, enjoy a light lunch, pick-up your campus map and the weekend schedule of events. There will also be a special Homecoming 2021 themed giveaway for the first 100 alumni to arrive.

Classes of 1970 & 1971 Reception with Interim President Kenneth Long (Ticketed event)
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort, Shawnee on the Delaware, Pa.

The classes of 1970 and 1971 kick-off their 50th reunion celebration with fellow classmates and ESU Interim President Kenneth Long at this ticketed event. A paid admission includes passed hors d’oeuvres and the class will gather for a group photo.

The ESU Alumni Association recognizes alumni and community members for their outstanding professional contributions and service achievements, and the Classes of 1970 and 1971 continue their 50th Anniversary Reunion celebration.

The Classes of 1970 and 1971 celebrate their golden year graduation with a special tailgate zone inside the All Alumni and University Annual Tailgate. A paid admission will include tailgate style food and beverage.

Homecoming Virtual 5K to benefit the ESU Foundation Warrior Fund

Our Homecoming Virtual 5K can be completed by running or walking from any location you choose. Grab your fellow ESU Warrior alumni, friends, and family, and wear any ESU Homecoming swag from previous years. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, beach, or track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
