The Class of 1974 celebrates its golden anniversary with a special reception at Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall, near the All Alumni and University Annual Tailgate. Reconnect, reminisce, and relax before heading out to the tailgate. Your registration includes access to the event, plus complimentary drinks and a variety of light refreshments.
Admission: $35 per person

Join us at the annual tailgate in the parking lot of Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall. Show your Warrior pride by supporting ESU athletics. Alumni can reserve parking spaces to tailgate (space is limited). All alumni are encouraged to attend and show their Warrior pride!
Cost of one tailgate space: $40 per space.

Remember that there will be many people in town during Homecoming weekend, so book your hotel and make reservations early!
Where can I park on campus?
Parking spots in the Rosenkranz parking lot are for tailgating only on Saturday, October 19. Tailgating spots are $40 per standard space. No same-day reservations can be accepted. Tailgating spots can be registered here. Visitors may park in available lots on campus. Please note that some parking spots are regulated by the borough of East Stroudsburg and require you to pay at a meter. Please see the campus map to plan your parking accordingly.
Do I need to register for events?
Yes! Registrations help us decide how much food to order and how many seats to provide at certain events. Even if an event is free, it is helpful for event planners to know how many guests to expect.
What is the difference between the "All Alumni Tailgate Parking Pass" and the "All Alumni and University Annual Tailgate" registration?
The "All Alumni Tailgate Parking Pass" is for those who wish to reserve a designated parking space (measuring 10 feet by 12 feet) for tailgating during the event. Each space costs $40.00. This option is ideal for alumni who plan to bring their tent, grill, and other tailgating items and require space.

On the other hand, the "All Alumni and University Annual Tailgate" registration is for those who want to attend the tailgate event without needing a reserved parking spot. This option lets you enjoy the festivities and show your Warrior pride without a tailgate setup.
Is there a registration deadline?
  • Online registration for Homecoming Weekend will close on Monday, October 14, 2024. In-person check-in for Saturday’s tailgate will take place at the entrance of the tailgate area for a chance to win up to $200 in prizes. You will need to be present and registered to be eligible to win!
  • Football tickets are available for purchase separately upon entering the football field.
I would like to visit the Campus Store. What are the hours during Homecoming weekend?
Friday, October 18: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 19: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
What is the weather policy for Homecoming?
Most events at Homecoming are rain or shine. Some athletics events may be impacted by the weather forecast. All current and future updates for athletics events can be found on the ESU Warriors Athletics page.

All alumni and guests who are planning to visit campus for Homecoming are encouraged to check this website for information updates about Homecoming weekend. Any major updates will also be shared on ESU Alumni’s social media channels (Facebook, X, and Instagram).
